We moved to WATERTOWN a couple years ago and we hadn't really found the right place for oil changes and car repairs. I received a coupon in the mail and decided to try NORTHSIDE for an oil change

They did a reasonably priced oil change and did a a complete once over on the car. I also found out something I did know already that I needed tires. They worked with me on finding the right tires for my RAV4 but then encouraged me to go shopping, if I wanted, to look at other shops. I found that they were very competitive, so I went back the next week for tires.

NORTHSIDE is very professional and courteous. I felt as someone who is not a car expert, that they wanted me to be happy and that they wanted my long term business.

I was very lucky Northside could bring my car in on short notice. I was traveling and had a coolant issue pop up. I was able to immediately bring my car in to the shop. The owner was upfront and honest with estimate (very reasonable) and they covered all the bases and then some to make sure my vehicle was repaired and ready to go quickly. I was exceedingly pleased with the excellent customer service and genuine helpfulness if the staff. I will definitely return if in the area again.

My husband always takes care of our needs, and does work himself. But sometimes he just does not have the time, or something he doesn't have the right tools for. He is an M.I.T. mechanical engineer, and knows cars very well. He is impressed with this shop, and this is the shop we use when we need repairs.

I travel quite often and at times it's difficult to schedule routine anything including Routine Car Maintenance. I've been taking my Vehicles to Northside Auto for a few years now, generally I schedule appointments for 5:15 in the afternoon. Time is usually not on my side; however, I'm usually able to receive same day service. They've always provided courteous service in a timely fashion with extreme professionalism and for a fair Dollar amount. Thank you John and staff for being on my side. I wont say that I look forward to bringing my vehicle in for it's next maintenance trip, I will say that if the need occurs, I know I can trust Northside Auto to take care of the issue. Yep these guys are 5 Star in my book.

I have had a very good experience with Northside Auto. The owner, John, and another technician provided me with great service and good, sound advice. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from a dealership in the Kenosha area. During my drive home to the Watertown, area, I called Northside Auto and asked John and the crew to do a diagnostic test to see if this purchase was "too good to be true". It was -- the van had many problems! Northside Auto ran a very thorough test and provided me a full listing of the problems with the van. John took a lot of time to explain all of the issues and helped me make an informed decision about what to do with the van (I returned it to the dealership that same day for a full refund). To find a good, reasonably priced mechanic in the Madison, WI area is not easy, I am glad to say I have now found one with Northside Auto.

I was recently traveling in Wisconsin when the check engine light came on. I was directed to Northside Auto. I was amazed at the customer service I received from John mason and his crew. These guys had my car running and fixed in no time. They made me comfortable during my wait and extremely friendly. I was charged a reasonable fee and was pleased. I was out doing errands and had a notification that I had a flat tire. I tried putting air in and could hear the leak. Needless to say I was not happy. I stopped in and told the young lady behind the counter what all happened. They took care of me right away. They had to bring a tire in from another vendor. What service!! Very friendly and helpful. I had to stop in on a rainy day to get new wipers. They helped immediately. Was a little shocked it was $75 for three wiper blade replacement. Yikes. But they helped me out.

I had a really good experience at Northside Auto. I called them a few days ago and explained to them that I needed front brake pads installed, and they were working on my brakes within about 20 minutes. Most places would not have squeezed me in.
